## 3. Gift Vouchers

* Please refer to the individual gift voucher description for applicable terms and conditions.

## 4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

* Emma Hellier does **not** offer refunds under any circumstances.

* If the result of a service does not meet your expectations, we are happy to rectify it free of charge following a consultation with our manager to determine an appropriate course of action.

* Colour services are only guaranteed if you have followed the stylist's professional advice and are using the recommended products from Emma Hellier.

* If you are unsatisfied with a purchased product, we may offer an exchange for a suitable replacement. If the new item is of higher value, the difference will be charged.

## 5. Promotional Offer: Christmas Tool & Product Promotion

### £20 Voucher

* Valid for **services only** — not for tools or products.

* Redeemable in **January or February 2021** only. Expiry is non-extendable.

* Lost vouchers will not be replaced.

* Voucher order number must be quoted at the time of booking.

* Once bookings are confirmed, our standard cancellation policy applies.

* Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. No change or cash value will be given.

* Voucher or confirmation email must be presented on arrival.

* Damaged or altered vouchers will not be accepted.

* Subject to availability. Peak period surcharges may apply.

* Cannot be used with other offers.

### Free Treatment

* Available only with fully paid services booked in **January or February 2021**.

* Subject to availability and may be limited during peak periods.

## 6. Website Shop – Affiliate Disclosure

### 6.1. Affiliate Relationship

All purchases made via these links are governed by Amazon’s terms and conditions, privacy policy, and customer service procedures.

Emma Hellier does **not**:

* Sell or dispatch any products directly

* Handle payments

* Control stock, pricing, or delivery

* Process returns or exchanges

Please direct all queries about your order to Amazon or the respective seller.

### 6.3. Product Recommendations and Liability

Products are featured based on personal or professional preference. We do not guarantee suitability, performance, or availability.

We are not liable for any loss or dissatisfaction resulting from purchases made via affiliate links. Customers are encouraged to conduct their own research.

### 6.4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Shop section constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

## 7. Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals

* A **non-refundable booking fee** is required to secure appointments. This will be deducted from the final bill on the day of your service.

### Cancellations

* If you cancel **more than 48 hours** in advance, your booking fee will be **refunded in full**.

* If you cancel **less than 48 hours** before your appointment, your booking fee will be **retained**.

### Late Arrivals

* Clients arriving **more than 15 minutes late** will have their appointment **cancelled**, and the **booking fee will be forfeited**.

* We will attempt to accommodate late arrivals where possible but cannot guarantee this.

## 8. Patch Testing and Medical Conditions

* Patch testing is required at least 48 hours before colour or chemical treatments. Failure to attend may result in appointment cancellation.

* Please inform your stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications prior to your appointment.

## 9. Children in the Salon

* Children receiving services are welcome.

* For safety and comfort, children not receiving services must be supervised at all times and remain seated.

## 10. Personal Belongings

* We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon. Please take care of your possessions.

## 11. Complaints

* We aim for complete client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please notify us within **48 hours** so we can arrange a consultation or remedial service where appropriate.

* We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

* Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

EHBlowdry Club Promotion – Terms & Conditions

When you purchase one months membership at £55, you will receive an additional month for free.

The voucher code is issued automatically/digitally and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Both the purchased and free are equal to one months membership each.

EHBlowdry Club vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

Promotion available for a limited time only and may end without notice.

Standard EHSalon terms and conditions apply.

If you no longer wish to continue after 2 months you must cancel your membership. No refunds will be made on extra months.

A payment card is required to sign up

Gift Voucher T&C's:

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue or as per the date stated on your gift vouchers.

Expiry date on vouchers is non-extendable, vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.

Specific voucher is valid only for it's stated value.

Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the client, We do not accept responsibility for lost vouchers.

At the time of reservation it is required for client to quote their voucher order number.

Once bookings are confirmed cancellation policy will apply.

Vouchers is non-convertible to cash nor can cash refunds be given for part redeemed vouchers.

Voucher or Email Confirmation must be presented on arrival.

Altered or damaged vouchers will not be accepted and booking will be charged at an applicable rate.

We reserve the right to change and/or add to the terms and conditions of any voucher at any time without notifying the client.

Voucher Redemption and bookings is strictly subject to availability.

Rate changes may apply at peak or restricted period (ie. Weekends, Public Holidays and Special Events)

Vouchers are not permitted to be used in conjunction with other offers.
