Gift Voucher T&C's:

• This Voucher is valid for use from January 1st until March 1st 2025.
• This Voucher is valid for services only.
• Product and Hair Extension purchases are excluded.
• Expiry date on vouchers is non-extendable, vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.
• Specific voucher is valid only for it's stated value.
• Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the client, We do not accept responsibility for lost vouchers.
• At the time of reservation it is required for client to quote their voucher order number.
• Once bookings are confirmed cancellation policy will apply.
• Vouchers are non-convertible to cash nor can cash refunds be given for part redeemed vouchers.
• Voucher or Email Confirmation must be presented on arrival.
• Altered or damaged vouchers will not be accepted and booking will be charged at an applicable rate.
• We reserve the right to change and/or add to the terms and conditions of any voucher at any time without notifying the client.
• Voucher Redemption and bookings are strictly subject to availability.
• Rate changes may apply at peak or restricted periods (ie. Weekends, Public Holidays and Special Events)
• Vouchers are not permitted to be used in conjunction with other offers.
