PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
At EHSalon we are committed to providing a safe environment for both our team and guests, and have complied with all government and local authority guidelines.
We will be doing everything in our power to ensure your next visit to the salon is as safe as possible, but ask for your help in doing the same.
Below we have compiled some simple steps for our guests to follow as well as our team - and in doing so we are able to welcome everyone back to the EHSalon.
PATCH TEST CLINIC
As part of our precautions to ensure the safety of both team and guests and to maximise social distancing, we will be offering drop in patch test clinic for the foreseeable future.
ANY GUESTS NOT VISITED FOR >6 MONTHS NEED A PATCH TEST. DROP IN ANYTIME BETWEEN:
SATURDAYS
4.30PM - 5PM
THURSDAY
7PM - 8PM
PRE-BOOK
All appointments must be pre-booked, visit our website.
VIDEO CONSULTATIONS
All our consultations are now offered via video call.
PATCH TEST CLINIC
All patch testing to be done at our patch test clinics, these are drop in.
NO WAITING AREA
There is no waiting area available.
NO CONTACT
We can still greet you warmly but without a hug.
COME ALONE
We ask that you attend the salon alone unless with a carer.
NO DOGS
We cannot allow dogs into the premises unless a service dog.
NO CASH
We will only be accepting contactless or prepayment. No cash will be accepted.
MIN PERSONAL ITEMS
Clients must minimise what you bring with you, Please don't arrive with shopping bags.
TOILETS OPEN
The toilet is available for guests but we ask that you wipe it down with the wipes provided after use.
BE ON TIME
Please arrive at the agreed time to help with social distancing and wait outside until we are ready.
HIGH TEMPERATURE
Please contact ASAP if you have a high temperature or you are feeling unwell or if any person in your household is self isolating.
MASKS MUST BE WARN
Please arrive wearing a face mask, this is to be kept on throughout your service. Disposable masks can be purchase at £1.50 each.
DRINKS ARE NOW BACK
We are serving limited refreshments during longer services; masks must still be worn in between drinks and whenever within 2 meters of another person.

We are currently making use of our spacious salon by separating stylists into different areas for your safety.
We have extra screens where needed.
All items, surfaces, equipment and the team members hands, will be washed and sanitised at regular intervals, before and after every service.
You will be provided with fresh towels and a fresh gown on your arrival.
There is adequate ventilation throughout the salon.
We have extended our opening hours to 7 days a week.
We now have brand new washing machine facilities on site.
Retail has been moved out of reach, please just ask, we are happy to help.
All vouchers that have expired during lockdown are now extended until 31st October 2020.
We had our annual price review in April, however the team reserve the right to further adjust the prices reflective of the products used, please understand four months of roots takes more product than six weeks of roots.
We have decided against adding a set PPE charge to appointments.
Our team will not attend the salon if they are unwell, have a temperature or any person in their household is unwell.
The team will be adhering to social distancing in the communal staff areas.
All team members are trained to care for customers, in a safe hygienic professional manner.
We have reviewed our service menu and we are not currently offering children services at this time.
Our team will wear gloves, masks, aprons and visors on the salon floor, when required.
