As the owner of EHSalon in Bexhill, I've got to say, there's nothing more important to me than my team. They're the heart of our salon, and I'm a firm believer that a happy, well-oiled team equals fabulous hair! 💇♀️ That's why I sent them on a fun team-building day to Go Ape Bedgebury. I knew it would be the perfect way to let them blow off some steam and remind them how awesome they are at working together!
And boy, did they prove me right! They swapped their scissors and hair-dryers for harnesses and zip lines and tackled the Treetop Challenge! I heard all about it when they got back, and it sounded epic.
My two fitness superstars, Laura and Jody, were in their element! They absolutely loved the challenge and made it look like a walk in the park. 🌳 But the real superstar of the day, in my opinion, was Fran! She wasn't exactly thrilled at first (I can't blame her, those heights are no joke!), but she faced her fears like a total boss and even managed a few smiles. How amazing is that?! 🥰
It was so cool to hear how everyone's salon skills came in handy in the forest. Darcy and Rebecca, who spend their days perfecting blow-dries, apparently took to zip-lining with the same grace! And my newest team member, Ria, proved she's got serious team spirit, cheering everyone on and showing what a great addition she is.
I couldn't be prouder of my team. They showed me that our Bexhill salon isn't just a place for beautiful hair, it's a place where we trust each other, support each other, and have a ton of fun doing it.
